The application has the following roles:
User - can add questions, answers and comments.
The administrator of the Bitrix24 portal has access to the application settings, appoints an application Moderator, can edit and delete any questions.
The moderator of the application is appointed by the administrator of the portal. Can delete and correct any questions, assign a person responsible for the question.
Responsible - the user appointed by the moderator checks the received answers, answers the questions himself.
You can discuss the work of applications in a specially created forum. Find the app you need, select your language and write a comment.
