This article describes the notification system in the "Lessons Learned" application based on Bitrix 24 from Novus-HCM.
The author of the lesson gets notifications on Bitrix24 portal on every action with the lesson.
An employee gets notifications as well, if appointed as a coordinator or approver.
When tasks are set, a task performer gets a notification on task assignment.
Notifications are also sent on the appointment and dismissal of app moderators.
The following notifications are replicated in the live feed of your Bitrix24 portal:
to all, when a lesson is posted (approved);
to coordinators, when a lesson is passed to “On coordination” stage;
to an approver, when the lesson is passed to “On approval” stage.
A Task on coordination / approval of lesson is automatically assigned to the coordinators and the approver in Bitrix24.
